Reaction Wheel Rebalance

Summary
Reaction wheels in KSP are thousands of times stronger than the strongest of real life reaction wheels. This is a simple Module Manager patch that lowers their torque to 1% - a number that won't allow you to use reaction wheels as main attitude control system during launches, for example, but well within patience tolerance for maneuvers in space. Still magic but not as much anymore! :-)
Though, should you like another number better, you can easily edit the patch. Instructions below.

Compatibility
This patch should be automatically compatible with any modded reaction wheels and in any version of the game, due to how those work in KSP. If some reaction wheels still have magic torque - sorry, I cannot really help you here. As said in my profile, I am not that good at coding. :-(

Well, in case you do not like the number I set, just open RWpatch.cfg in your Gamedata folder. You will see a bunch of numbers, by default 0.01 and 0.2, amongst the code. CactEye's RWs are set to 0.2 (20%), the stock ones to 0.01 (1%). So, if you want, let's say 10% of normal torque, replace that by 0.10.
That's it, just as simple as that!

Installation
1. Unzip "RWpatch.cfg"
2. Drop it into your Gamedata folder
3. Run Kerbal Space Program
4. Enjoy (more) realistic reaction wheels

This patch requires the Module Manager plugin.
It was not included here, as it is so common I assume you have it already. However I listed it here for completeness.
