Its a patch that adds the USI-LS features to the respected mods, if you dont wish to the SpaceStationParts Redux you can delete the CFG RefinedpatchesUSIforDifferentMods and FinalPatchforUSILSSSPX in the ZZZ_FINAL_USI folder. Disclaimer I have Used AI to refine these patches, just wanted to upload it if other people want it.
