This is a simple retexture I made for the InlineBallutes mod to make it look either more modern, up-to-date, or just better. To install simple just merge the GameData's like usual, then when prompted to overwrite a file, click yes. If you do not get that, either you installed this mod, or InlineBallutes incorrectly.
