Bascially this mod takes Tot and Noi from Sulouc orbit from the Kcalbeloh pack and places then around Duna as Phoboes / Deimos analogs.
Ike is moved to Tot's previous orbit around Sulouc so it all "balances" out in the end.

Not Supported: System Replacement Mods or Mods that Affect Duna/Ike position (things could get squirrely)
