OPX: Final Frontiers

OPX-FinalFrontiers is installment seven of the Outer Planets eXpansion project. It adds to the very sparse region beyond Neidon, previously only containing Plock, with several new objects. As usual, MitchellNetravaliHeightMap is required.

Additions include:

• Two new moons for Plock, Nikto and Bye. Full biome support
• Garrath, an combination analog for Gonggong (2007 OR10) and Achlys (2003 AZ84), and its moon Kerla. Full biome support
• Remote bilobate asteroid Dakara, standing in for Arrokoth in the Kerbol System.
