Converts parts to support more functionality

• Comaptible with SSTO Project, converts jet engines, rocket engines, liquid fuel and LFO tanks into their LPG variants
• Compatible with Interstellar Fuel Switch, add appriopriate configuration options
• Compatible with Firespitter, add appriopriate configuration options
• Compatible with SMURFF, the LPG tanks have correct mass
• Compatible with Impossible Innovations, adds TDRCS variants of monopropellant tanks, monopropellant engines and RCS thrusters

Isp boost for LPG/O:

• BDB engines: 25%
• BAE engines: 20%
• Stock, other and unknown engines: 6%

LPG generation rules:

• The dry mass is 100 times less than full mass of LPG tanks
• LPG tanks and engines are auto-generated using a complex formula
