This mod is desiged for Career Mode, and makes Career more like Science, but with Upgradable buildings and Kerbal hiring costs.
Features:
It removes the cost of all parts and resources, except Ore.
Ore is removed from Kerbin
It removes all contracts except for World Firsts (Progression)
The only way to get Funds is through the World First Contracts or mining Ore, and returning it to Kerbin!

Upgrading facilities and hiring kerbals still costs Funds.
There are also no rescue contracts, and hiring additional kerbals is an increasing cost (as per normal).
OreEcononomics
Ore is no longer available to mine on Kerbin.
Ore now costs 50 Funds per unit.
Recovering Ore from off world is now a viable way of increasing Funds to continue Upgrading facilities or hiring moar Kerbals.
